Lunar New Year DAY3: Dry aged Beef

The last day of the lunar new year was celebrated with the full amount of the meat. I don't know why, but we wanted to eat the meat as much as we can.  We 5 people planned to eat: 800 g beef t-bone steak 700 g beef steak 1 kg pork belly 800 g fried shrimp 800 g fried squid ring Unfortunately, we could not eat all due to the other things to eat like crisps and veggies. Well, the leftover is for my lunch and dinner next day. I was super curious the taste of the dry aged beef, so we bought 1 t-bone steak at the REWE. We just followed the how to cook instruction on internet. The meat was cooked 90 seconds at the front and back side each. And then, it was put the oven with the 80 degrees temperate for 50 minutes. The result was, it was not that much difference between the normal one and the dry aged one.  Before 1 min cooking After 1 min cooking After 45 min in the 80 deg oven Samgyopsal Fried shrimp for a dessert :)
