Before I came to Germany, there were only few noodles I knew from out of Korea: Japanese ramen, Vietnamese rice noodle and Italian pasta. I got to know many noodles in the world after I moved to Germany. It may be an evidence that I am already tired of the European food every day. I wanted to have some different taste and the discovery of the new restaurant compensates it a lot. The restaurant Das nudel ding is one of this example. I did not know any Chinese noodles before and this restaurant showed many different kinds of noodles from China. I was there with a big group. Many people think that the noodle menu is not easy to share each other, but we could ask the small bowl and share together. They usually have very good taste, at least 3 times I went there before, but it will be better to avoid Saturday or Friday evening.
