A friend of mine who I got to know long time visited me in Frankfurt. I was considering where I had to bring her for a dinner. Well, it would be okay to start local food here, so we went to the Apfelwein Solzer. my favorite german food, schweinehaxe I remember when I tried the apfelwein for the first time. The taste was too much sauer and bad, as I remember. Her face, just after the sip of the apfelwein, says that it's same for her as well. I ordered the frankfurt original(maybe not) dish grünesause for her and the schweinehaxe for me. My most favorite german food is this schweinehaxe. The size of it is too much big, so I only eat this dish when I have a visitor. Grünesause and eggs. rich and healthy taste. The taste of the grünesause was very nice. I can eat this food once per week without the boredom.
